Please carefully review the following terms & conditions before completing your registration Membership.

Duration: Once registration is complete and fees are paid, memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled until expiration.
Membership Termination: Membership may be terminated without refund if the member is found engaging in any of the following activities within library premises: Engaging in fights, smoking, alcohol or drug consumption, or physically abusing another person.
Damages Responsibility: Members must cover any damage they cause to the library. They should report incidents promptly and cooperate in resolving them.
Prohibited Activities: Theft, unhygienic behavior, eating in the library instead of designated lunch areas.
Payment/Receipt: Please request a digital or physical receipt at the time of payment or confirmation. Without a receipt, the fee will be considered unpaid.
Members are responsible for securing their personal items. The library is not liable for any loss or damage but may assist with CCTV footage to locate lost items.
